Easter isn't celebrated as we used to celebrate in the past years. Though this disease has brought fear among many, it has united many families. People hardly used to get time for their families and friends. Spending time together is the greatest gift among all. We all are aware of the fact that due to our busy schedule we fail to spend time with our family members. But this Easter and the Holy Week has brought love, faith and joy among our family members. This virus has bought time for us to repent and pray for the whole world. There is nothing impossible for God the Almighty. Everything is possible for God. We must believe in Him, praise Him and worship Him with all our heart, mind, body and soul.
God loves children the most. He never let his children fall into trouble. He is the one who is always with us both at times of joy and sorrow. He is the one who died on the cross for our salvation. On the third day He ruled over death. We all need to have faith in Him and prayer together. We must love Him and at the same time we must not lose faith in Him. Instead we must seek His blessings. True that doctor treats our diseases. At times even doctors say to us, "I have done my best! rest is in God's hand". In the same manner let us place before this deadly disease in the hands of the Lord. May The Risen Lord cure the entire world from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Coronavirus (COVID-19) will not affect our celebration of the risen Lord in anyways. Yes, it is true that we may or may not be able to attend the festival mass and offer sacrifices. But nobody can stop us from celebrating this feast with our family members. Nobody can stop us from spending time together with our families and friends. Isn't that great? The time that parents couldn't offer their children and the time children couldn't spend with their parents is now everything set. Families that pray together stay together. Keeping this in mind let us all pray for our family members. Let us praise God for giving such a loving family. If this Coronavirus (COVID-19) doesn't stop before Easter, let us all remain safe at our own house and watch Easter vigil mass live on the television or on the internet with our family members.
This Easter let us unite, pray and spend time together with our family members, Relatives, friends and with our dear and near ones. Let us place before the Lord all our dear fellow brothers and sisters who are diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19). Let us place all our personal intentions before the Lord. He will protect all of us in his loving hands.
As a conclusion let us recite the following prayer:
"Lord our heavenly Father. You are the creator of the universe and the entire world. Thank you for giving us the gift of life, the gift of this new day, the gift of family, Relatives and Friends. Thank you Father for the Loving faith that you have given us! Thank you for protecting us in your loving care. Father, we place before you all those who are diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19). Help them and strengthen them Lord. Be with them to fight their battle. Cure them with your blood Lord. Touch and heal them Father. Let no disease affect them. Lord as we are preparing for the feast of your Resurrection, we humbly request you to recover all those who are caught in Coronavirus (COVID-19). Bless us all Almighty father. We make this prayer in your Holy name. Amen."
